Coping with a heavy workload, I deem companies can introduce more benefits programmes to help employees cope with stress and keep health. Managers recognize that stress can result in stress-related illnesses, such as high blood pressure, ulcers, and fatigue. These illnesses translate into higher benefits costs for the company as employees more frequently use health care benefits. Therefore, companies can provides a free health clinic as well as an eldercare program that helps employees locate nursing care facilities for aging parents and offer wellness and exercise programs to help employees alleviate stress and enhance their health at the same time.应对繁重的工作量,我认为公司应该采用更多利制度去帮助员工舒缓压力和保持身体健康。管理者们意识到压力会导致相关疾病,如高血压、溃疡病和疲劳症。这些疾病转而成为公司更高的福利费用支出,因为员工会更加频繁地使用医疗服务。因此,公司可以提供免费医务室和养老计划,帮助员工为年迈的双亲安排敬老服务。或者提供康复和健身计划来帮助员工减缓压力、增进健康。
